  1. Please read carefully rate list and instructions therein.
  2. A deposit is required to be paid at the time of admission and the same must be replenished every week.
  3. payment should be made in cash or credit card: no cheques.
  4. Visitors are not allowed after 9.00 p.m. It is unhealthy for children below 5 years to visit hospitalized patients
  5. Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hours in the hospital premises.
  6. If you wish to use TV-VCR in the room, please seek permission from the receptionist.
  7. We serve only Break-fast and tea. (Lunch & Dinner are not served by INHP)

  11. Please do not keep any jewellery, valuables and /or cash with the patient or relatives. INHP take no responsibility for any loss. Please note that, if you do so, you will doing it at your own risk.
  12. As a daily routine, sponging of the patients is required to be done in early morning. Patients and relatives are requested to co-operate with our staff.
  13. Please note that your treating consultant, himself decides his fees for you and INHP have no say in the matter.
  14. Extended stay: Patient staying upto 4.00p.m.will be charged 50% of the room charges. After 4.00 p.m. Full Day will charged.

  1. Deposit money of Rs.40.000/-(Rupees fourty Thousand Only) should be paid at the time of admission.
  2. Only one relative will be allowed in the waiting hall during OPD timing: i.e.8.00 a.m.to 12.00Noon and 5.00 p.m.to 9.00 p.m.
  3. Entry to ICCU strictly restricted to one person at time and only with resident doctor’s permission
  4. Removal of Shoes is essential before entering ICCU

  1. TPAs take 48 to 72 hours to approve average ‘cashless’ request. All patients must put a deposit to cover the period. Money is returned on receiving ‘cashless approval’ from TPA. If the authorization is not received before discharge, the patients will have to pay full bill and only then they can go home.
  2. All cashless-TPA patients must make a deposit of Rs.5000/-at discharge because occasionally TPA deducts money from the final bill at their whim and without a good reason. In such an events, the balance amount due to the Nursing Home will be deduced from this deposit of Rs.5000/-and the remaining amount will be returned after the Nursing Home receives Final cheque from the TPA.
  3. The total responsibility of getting authorization for cashless facility rests with the patient. INHP can only assist to facilitate the procedure. Several items used form patient care are not reimbursed in ‘cashless’ scheme. The patient must pay for these items to INHP before discharge. A tentative list is available with the reception.
  4. TPAs are notorious to reject claim after authorization. In such instance the patient will have to reimburse INHP.
